Our quality assurance system guarantees a thorough and meticulous approach to all of our client’s projects.

Every translated text goes through a number of stages and is refined along its way to completion. This multistage workflow assures the delivery of the most accurate translation possible.

Preparation
PREPARATION
Project analysis: (topic, intended audience, purpose, file formats, software to use). Assigning the job to a translator and editor with requisite skills, experience, and competences:
  1. translating competence
  2. linguistic and textual competence in the source and target languages
  3. research competence, information acquisition and processing
  4. cultural competence
  5. technical competence
Preparation of document for translation (format conversion, if necessary). Preparation or collection of glossaries, style guides, useful Internet links. Issuing instructions to all parties involved in the project.
Translation
TRANSLATION
Translating the text. Monitoring the process timetable. Ensuring contact is maintained with all parties, including the client.

Source document to be translated.
Checking
CHECKING
The translator checks his/her own work for omissions, errors, formatting and makes necessary amendments.
Target text
TARGET TEXT
Delivery of the final product before the deadline.
Editing
EDITING
Editor checks translator's work and compares the source and target texts for terminology consistency, cultural relevance, mistakes and typos, style, formatting and makes necessary amendments.
Final verification
FINAL VERIFICATION
Using market leading quality assurance software to spot and correct hard-to-find mistakes like double spaces, mistakes in numbers, punctuation marks, and inconsistency in terminology. Preparing the files for delivery to the client, ensuring no files are missing, all files have proper format, and all customer requirements are met.
Post-project analysis
POST-PROJECT ANALYSIS
Creating final translation memory and glossaries that may be used for the customer’s similar projects in future. Giving translator feedback on the quality of his/her job, sharing thoughts on how the project workflow may have been improved and issues that may have arisen during the project.
Customer satisfaction
ASSESSMENT OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Receiving client’s feedback on the quality of the translation.
